Online Bill Pay is a convenient and safe way to pay your bills any time of the day or night. No need to worry about your checks getting lost in the mail and bills not being paid on time. With this user friendly service, you have the ability to schedule one-time payments or recurring payments, all with the click of a mouse! You can set up automatic payments for all your monthly bills and never have to write a check again. And it's FREE!

Paying bills on time has never been easier and setting up the program is easy. The first step is to sign up for Personal Online Banking. If you already have Online Banking, simply log into Online Banking and click on Bill Pay. Just follow the instructions and you're ready to go!

Wauchula State Bank offers you two options to download your account transactions: Web Connect and Direct Connect.

With Web Connect you can download your account transactions by logging into your Wauchula State Bank's Personal Online Banking and utilizing the Export File option.

Wauchula State Bank can make using your Quicken® even easier with Direct Connect capability. Direct Connect makes it possible to download your Wauchula State Bank transactions into your Quicken® register in one easy step. DirectConnect allows you to conduct all of your banking tasks within Quicken. No need to log into Personal Online Banking first in order to complete the extra downloading steps. Quicken connects to Wauchula State Bank and downloads information on your command.

1 All transfer and loan payment requests received before 7:30 p.m. on business days will be processed on the same business day, requests received after 7:30 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
2 The availability of this feature is contingent upon the ongoing satisfactory operation of the checking account.
3 For Money Market Accounts: No more than six preauthorized withdrawals, automatic or telephone or internet transfers, checks, or drafts from your account per month or statement cycle allowed. Transfers and withdrawals made in person or by messenger are unlimited. A fee of $5.00 is charged for each item over six.
For Savings Accounts: Six withdrawals per month allowed ($1.00 fee per withdrawal over six) Unlimited Transfers over the counter/ATM.

Wauchula State Bank Check Card

Our VISA® Check Card gives you a fast and convenient way to buy the products and services you need. It allows you to withdraw funds from your checking account without ever having to write a check.

Your Check Card can be used wherever VISA® debit card is accepted, making every purchase as simple as using a credit card. Plus, your Check Card also functions as an ATM card. Need to deposit, withdraw, or transfer funds? No problem. Your Check Card gives you access to all of these services whenever you need them.

You may use your Check Card point-of-sale to purchase goods, pay for services, get cash back from a merchant (if the merchant permits), get a cash advance from a participating financial institution, and do anything that a participating merchant will accept.

Point-of-Sale frequency and dollar limitations:

  • With your PIN: 20 transactions per day or $2,500 per day
  • Without your PIN: 20 transactions per day or $2,500 per day
  • Cash Advance: 5 per day or $1,000 per day

ATM frequency and dollar limitations:

  • You may make 6 withdrawals per day
  • And may withdraw $600 per day

Lost or Stolen Check Card:

Contact us immediately at 863-773-4151 if you believe your card and/or PIN has been lost or stolen, or if you believe that an unauthorized transaction has occurred.

Debit Card Alerts:

With Wauchula State Bank Debit Card Alerts, you will be notified anytime you use your Wauchula State Bank Debit Card. This is a great way to keep track of your card activity.

What types of alerts are available? More Info

  • Funds Removed: Alert is sent when a debit transaction is processed using your debit card (Sample message: A $71.78 transaction just processed by Publix on card ending in 4321.)
  • Signature Transactions: When you do not use your PIN for a transaction using your debit card. This occurs when you select the “Credit” option on the terminal or if you sign a receipt. (Sample message: A $26.23 transaction just processed by Pizza Hut on card ending in 4321.)
  • Card Status Change: An alert will be triggered if the card status should change. Below are the possible card statuses:
    • Active
    • Temporarily Suspended (Hot Card)
    • Temporarily Suspended (Warm Card)
    • Not Activated (Card Activation)
    • Closed
  • Suspected Fraud: An alert will be sent if an unusual transaction or suspected fraudulent activity occurs. When this happens, the card is placed on a Hot Card status and cannot be used. The alert will request that the customer contact the bank for more information.

How will I benefit from this service? More Info

  • Receive Real Time Alerts:  When it comes to money these days, it pays to stay alert. Alerts arrive at your mobile device or e-mail almost as soon as they happen so you get notified within moments after the transaction occurred.
  • Reduce Fraud:  Debit Card Alerts can act as an early-warning system of possible fraudulent transactions. You will be notified within moments of a transaction taking place making it easy to monitor your accounts. If fraudulent activity ever takes place, you can act quickly to protect yourself and minimize potential fraud.
  • Nickname for Individual Cards:  If there are multiple cards on one account, each card can be assigned an individual nickname to help you identify which card you received the alert on.

Alerts are triggered by debit card activity only, not account activity. If you are interested in other types of alerts, please ask us about our Notify Me alerts available within Online Banking.

There is currently no cost for this added service. Standard wireless carrier text charges may apply. Check with your wireless carrier provider for details.
