Susan Watson is a fifth generation Floridian, born and raised in Hardee County. Susan joined the Wauchula State Bank family in 1979. Currently, Susan is a member of the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce and participates in “Paint the Town”. In her spare time, Susan enjoys gardening, horses and barrel racing.
Christy Page is a fifth generation Floridian who has remained in the heartland area. Christy began her banking career with Wauchula State Bank in 1990. Christy was an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Sebring for many years and served as Treasurer. She is currently on the Bartow Board of Realtors and involved with the Ft. Meade Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys the outdoors including hunting and fishing, and spending time with her family.
Claudia Bishop is a native Floridian who began her banking career in 1984 and joined the Wauchula State Bank family in 2015. Claudia has served in many civic and nonprofit boards, including Vice President of the Greater Lake Placid Chamber of Commerce, Co-Chairman of the United Way Allocation Board, and the Town of Lake Placid Planning Agency. She is an active member of the Business-2-Business Introductions Networking group and thrives on building relationships and obtaining a clear understanding of her client’s needs.Claudia is currently a member of the Heartland Association of Realtors and the Sebring Chamber of Commerce. Referrals are the greatest compliment that she can receive. She is an avid outdoorswoman that enjoys trail riding, camping and photography.
Mark Delaney is a fourth generation Floridian with strong ties to Florida’s Heartland. He began his banking career in 1998 and joined Wauchula State Bank in 2005. He has served on many civic and nonprofit boards, including President and Vice President of the Kiwanis Club, Chairman and Vice Chairman of Keep Highlands County Beautiful and Vice Chairman and Treasurer of Highlands County YMCA. He is driven by helping his customers succeed in their business by offering solution minded ideas. He is an active outdoorsman that enjoys duck hunting, hiking and photography.
JoAnn Chandler joined Wauchula State Bank in 1971. During her tenure, she has been involved in all areas of the bank. She has served on numerous civic and nonprofit boards throughout her banking career. She currently serves as Chairman of the Florida Hospital-Heartland Foundation Board in Lake Placid and is a member of the Habitat for Humanity Board for Highlands County. She is very passionate about helping customers and assisting them with their financial needs. She loves spending time with her children and grandchildren.
As an owner, manager, sales trainer, franchisor, corporate advisor, recruiter, business coach and public speaker for hundreds of venues, Matt Humphreys can structure your loan and advise you in your business plans. Small Business has been in his DNA since 1980. Matt was born, raised and educated in Oregon. Growing up on a farm, he learned the value and necessity of work. For the past five years, he has been a SBA lender, working with numerous smaller banks across the United States. The opportunity to join Wauchula State Bank and assist in their SBA lending efforts was the perfect chance to take his skills and education and apply them to existing and new customers. Matt and his bride Paula have been married for 21 years. They share five children and four grandchildren.
Rob Roberts joined the Wauchula State Bank Family in 1996 after serving 10 years as an officer and Apache attack-helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army. He was born and raised in Hardee County with strong family ties to Florida’s Heartland for generations. He is proud to have helped begin the first branch of Wauchula State Bank in Sebring in 2000. He is the Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Office of the Sebring – Lake Jackson Branch. He is a graduate of South Florida State College (SFSC), Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and the Florida School of Banking. He has served in several nonprofit organizations over the years and currently serves on the SFSC Foundation Board. He enjoys flying, fishing, hunting and spending time with friends and family. Stephen Heine is a native Floridian. For five generations, his family has been involved in the agriculture industry. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of cattle, citrus and other row crop production. Stephen graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2009 with a Finance degree and joined Wauchula State Bank in 2012. Since then, Stephen has completed the University of Florida’s School of Banking program. He is currently enrolled in Louisiana State University’s Graduate School of Banking. Stephen prides himself in assisting his customers, current and future, with any and all of their commercial lending needs.
Andrew Foreman is a native Floridian, born and raised in Hardee County. Andrew joined Wauchula State Bank in 2013 and graduated from South Florida State College in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. Andrew’s focus is on helping his customers grow their business and partnering with them on their commercial needs. He loves spending time with his wife, son and other family. He enjoys the outdoors with activities that include fishing and being out on the water.
