Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant performs the administrative functions to support marketing activities.

Appraisal Evaluation Specialist
Supports the daily routine functions of the Credit Administration Services Department. Primary responsibility is to conduct meaningful reviews on Commercial and Residential Appraisals and Evaluations. Preparing summary reports in a timely manner and identifying risk after reviewing complex data within each Appraisal and Evaluation report prepared. Requires organization, tactful communication and interpersonal skills.

Digital & Social Media Strategist
The Digital & Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and effective marketing programs, communications and strategies. Duties include: email campaign management; website strategy, content management, content creation, editing, and search engine optimization; social media strategy, content management, content creation, editing, and campaigns; pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and marketing/communications support.

Provides customer service, processing both business and individual banking transactions. Provides prompt, efficient and friendly service involving receipt and payment of cash to customers. 

Responsible for the development and implementation of product, system/processes and culture training for bank employees. This individual will utilize strong facilitation skills to create dynamic learning environments and successfully communicate content through various learning styles. A strong candidate will have the ability to conceptualize and facilitate various forms of training and communication materials for the organization and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to make a 5- to 8-minute training presentation. 

Care Center Specialist - Wauchula Office

Provides quality service, by telephone, to bank customers. Sells appropriate products, researches and resolves customer requests and answers customer inquiries with regard to account maintenance, balance transfers, stop payments, statement requests, etc. Answers incoming calls for all bank branches. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. High school diploma or its equivalent required. Banking experience preferred. 

Quality Control Specialist - Wauchula Office
Reviews all loan packages at pre-closing and post-closing to ensure all requirements are in accordance with Wauchula State Bank's policies and procedures. Reviews title insurance policies, documents loan policy exceptions for missing documents, signatures, corrections required and pending documents. Must have thorough knowledge of all types of loan documentation and loan operation procedures. High school diploma or its equivalent required. Banking experience preferred.
