Convenience Banking Specialist

Responsible for independently performing a variety of complex clerical duties related to our Convenience Banking products, including Telephone Banking, Personal and Business Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, eStatements, ACH and Business Express Deposit. Provides direct support to the bank’s customers currently enrolled or interested in the bank’s Convenience Banking products. Takes the necessary steps to research, isolate and resolve problems in connection with our Convenience Banking products.

Help Desk Technician

Primary responsibility is supporting Bank employees’ Computing resources. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, trouble tickets, and Email requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors all technical issue to ensure a timely resolution. Additionally, responsible for workstation maintenance including network access, application access, patch management, and printing support. This position requires experience in troubleshooting technical hardware/software issues, configuring computer systems (preferably in a network environment) troubleshooting the internal components, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems.

Personal Banker

Solicits prospective business relationships that will be profitable to the growth of the bank. Identifies, develops, and services customer’s needs. Provides a full range of general banking service for the branch’s retail and business accounts. Plays a vital part in the development and maintenance of professional relationships with customers. This position will also be responsible for the processing of regular transactions, such as receiving and paying out money, and keeping records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions in an efficient, friendly and accurate manner.
