Online Banking and Bill Pay now offers improved features while continuing to be easy to use and a convenient way to manage your finances.

Fees

Consumer Customers: Bill Pay is always available free of charge.

Commercial Customers: Our standard Bill Pay service will accommodate most business customers and is available free of charge.  For those business customers that require dual controls or a tailored user setup, we will offer a new Commercial Bill Pay service that may better suit your business needs.  This will be available for a nominal monthly fee.

Quicken® and QuickBooks®
Quicken® and QuickBooks®  Users

Clients that download transactions into Quicken® or QuickBooks® will need to make a few changes in their Quicken® or QuickBooks® settings to ensure a smooth transition of your data.  

 If the download of your transactions is currently scheduled to occur automatically, please verify that the first download is successful. For detailed instructions on the steps to take for your version, please click on the appropriate version below:

Log On Instructions:

Personal Customers:

    • The ACCESS ID/User ID is the same one you currently use.
    • The TEMPORARY PASSCODE is your UserID followed by the last five digits of your Social Security number.  You will be required to select a new Passcode on your first log-in.

Business Customers:

    • The ACCESS ID/User ID is the same one you currently use.
    • The TEMPORARY PASSCODE will be your UserID followed by the last five digits of the business Tax Identification Number.  You will be required to select a new Passcode on your first log-in.

 

When you log in for the first time, you will be required to complete the following prior to viewing your account information.

    1. Log in with your ACCESS ID and PASSCODE as defined above.
    2. You will be prompted to change your PASSCODE. Select a passcode that is at least seven (7) characters long containing at least one alpha (A-Z), one numeric (0-9) and you may use a special character (!,%,#, etc.).  For example: P@sscode!
    3. Next, you will be asked to choose three security verification questions and answers.
    4. Then enter your email address.
    5. Please review the new Online Banking disclosure that follows.

As soon as this process is complete, you will be able to view your account information.
